I have an Asus laptop running Windows 10. I am having trouble printing to a Wireless HP Officejet 4640. I often get the message "Printer Offline" or "not connected". This doesn't make sense to me as the printer shows an IP address, wireless signal:excellent, and the network name. Just won't print. Recently I got "user attention needed" message.
