Has anyone yet found a solution to the problem of iPlayer not working on a Smart TV? It stopped working on my UE32ES5500 back in June and I've tried everything that the BBC and Samsung have suggested, all to no avail. All other Apps, including ITV Hub and All 4 work fine

We have tried pinging BBC UK website using our server and the website returned the above results. If bbc.co.uk is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress

When I select iPlayer from the On Demand menu the screen goes black and stays that way. It does not get as far as the login options.
